Stockton Women's Leadership Council

Empowering Future Leaders. Supporting One Another.

Our Mission

Stockton Women's Leadership Council (SWLC) is a dedicated group of community leaders, professionals and philanthropists who are committed to student success, mentorship and philanthropy.

Who We Are

SWLC is composed of professionals from a variety of industries and backgrounds, including business, education, healthcare, law, nonprofit leadership and more. Our members not only mentor and guide Stockton students but also provide a network of support for one another as they navigate their own careers.

Whether it's helping a student prepare for their first job or empowering a peer to take their next professional leap, SWLC is about connection, collaboration and impact.

What We Do

Create Opportunities. Build Confidence. Inspire Leadership.

  • Mentorship: One-on-one guidance for students to build career readiness and confidence.
  • Professional Development: Programming that supports personal growth for both students and members.
  • Networking Events: Meetings, panels, and informal gatherings to build strong, supportive relationships.
  • Scholarship Support: Financial support through the SWLC Scholarship Fund to empower deserving students.
  • Philanthropic Engagement: Cultivating a culture of giving back through community and institutional support.
